      Deceased Name: Estridge Gregg

      COLUMBIA - Funeral services for Estridge Jordan Gregg, 93, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 1, 2000, at the graveside in Lake Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, Timmonsville, officiated by Reverend Joey Curado.

      Visitation will be 6-8 this evening at Shives Funeral Home.

      Memorials may be made to Shandon Baptist Church, Homebound Ministry, 5250 Forest Dr., Columbia, SC, 29206.

      Mrs. Gregg, widow of Blackwell B. Gregg, died Tuesday, August 29, 2000, Born in Timmonsville, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Jordan and Blanche Wilkes Jordan. Mrs. Gregg lived in Florence for 50 years. She was employed at the Baptist Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Mrs. Gregg was a former member of the Lake Swamp Baptist Church, Timmonsville, for 85 years, and was a member of Shandon Baptist Church.

      Survivors are: her daughter, Louise S. Brazell of Columbia; step-daughter, Melveyne Gleaton of Florence; two grandsons and their wives, Chuck and Carin Brazell of Lugoff, Eddie and Debora Gleaton of Greensboro, N.C.; three granddaughters and their husbands, Mike and Mary K. Chavis of West Columbia, Joey and Sheryl Curado of Gaston, Terry and Betty Jones of Lexington; a brother and his wife, Howard L. and Bulah Jordan of Darlington.

      Thanks and appreciation is given to the McFarland Family for their love all these years.
