Terry Lynn Kirby was born November 21, 1955 in Pryor to August and Rosslean (Ingle) Kirby. He departed this life on May 19, 2012 in Natural Dam, Arkansas at the age of 56 years 5 months and 28 days.

Terry had lived in the Eucha area all of his life. He attended school at Kansas and graduated from Kansas High School. Terry was a rancher and had also worked for Williams Construction Company. He was married to Monica Lee Hannon on September 5, 1999 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Terry enjoyed fishing, camping, gigging and hunting, especially his yearly deer hunting trip to Colorado with his brother. He liked rodeos and barrel racing. Terry was known for holding fish fry's for family and friends. He had taken over a 50 year family tradition of helping Boy Scout Troop #81 with their annual camping and coon hunting trips. Terry's, wife, children and grandchildren were very important to him and he will be missed by many.

Terry is survived by his wife Monica of the home, daughter Tonya Hannon, son James Kirby of Locust Grove, Oklahoma son Bryan Kirby and wife Misty of Locust Grove, Oklahoma daughter Angel Sumpter Smole and husband Randall of Grove, son John Kirby and wife Jennifer of Kinta, Oklahoma, son Tommy Day and wife Amanda of South Carolina, 11 grandchildren, Bailey, Emma, Justen, Andrew, Ivy, Kayden, Ava, Mikayla, Kenlee, Hayden and Ethan, his mother Rosslean Kirby and brother Glen Kirby both of Eucha, nephews Mike Kirby and wife Teria and Josh Turner, great niece and nephew Taryn and Hunter. He was preceded in death by his father, granddaughter Jadyn and father-in-law Tom Hannon.

Funeral services for Terry Lynn Kirby, 56, Eucha, were held on Thursday, May 24, 2012, 10 a.m. at Stephens Memorial Chapel. Pastors Loren Beck and Terry Wofford officiated and burial followed at Mose Ridge Cemetery, Topsy, Oklahoma. Services were entrusted to Stephens Memorial Chapel.
