  	Judith Pell Cason Coggins, 66, of Niceville, Fla., died after an extended illness Friday May 1, 2009, at her residence, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Macon, Ga., on July 22, 1942, and had lived in Niceville for the past 17 years moving from Cullman, Ala. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Niceville, and was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. Survivors include her husband, George Andy Coggins of Niceville; son Samuel P. Coggins of Niceville; daughters Leslie P. Williams of Cullman; Constance Toomey of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; Kimberly A. Emerson of Murphy, Texas; and Mary E. Long of Crestview; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church in Niceville with Dr. Herstel Carter officiating. Cremation will follow services. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Emerald Coast Hospice, 131 Redstone Ave. Ste. 110, Crestview, Fla., 32539. Arrangements entrusted to Crestview Memorial Funeral Home.
