- Wayne M. Bush, 67, died Nov. 12, 2009. He was born on Aug. 30, 1942 in Waycross, Ga.
He was a retired Chief Petty Officer, Boatswain Mate, in the U.S. Coast Guard. He also held the rank of captain in the Merchant Marine and had an aviation pilot's license. He was a member of the American Legion Post 383, AMVETS Post 422, Moose Chapter 494, and a 32nd degree Mason.
Mr. Bush is survived by his brother, Hollie C. "Buddy" Bush of Fanning Springs; daughters, Delayne Shaw of Toledo, Ohio, Danette Zeunen of Toledo, Ohio, Jodi Bush of Palm Bay; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service is to be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19 at the American Legion Post 383, Old Town.
